PRIVACY

Privacy policy.

This policy explains how Foshan Yisili New Technology Co., Ltd. handles personal information submitted through the MotusSim international website.

Information used to answer your inquiry.

Who is responsible. Foshan Yisili New Technology Co., Ltd., Unit 301-1, Building 4, Shunde Leliu Optoelectronics Industrial Center, Foshan, Guangdong, China, operates the MotusSim website and is responsible for the inquiry information described here. Privacy questions may be sent to remotedrive@163.com.

Information we collect. When you send an inquiry, we receive the information you provide: your name, company, country or region, email address, optional phone or WhatsApp number, product interest, application requirements and form language. Our hosting and security services may also process limited technical information such as IP address, request time, browser details and security signals needed to deliver and protect the website.

How we use it. We use this information to evaluate and reply to your request, discuss technical or commercial requirements, prepare quotations, perform requested pre-contract work, protect the website and inquiry service, and maintain necessary business records. We do not use the required inquiry consent to subscribe you to newsletters or unrelated promotional campaigns.

Processing grounds. Depending on the applicable law and circumstances, processing is based on your request and consent, steps taken at your request before entering a contract, our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries and securing our service, or compliance with legal obligations. You may withdraw consent by contacting us, without affecting processing already carried out or processing supported by another lawful ground.

Sharing and international processing. We do not sell inquiry information. It may be accessed by authorized personnel and service providers that support hosting, security, form protection and email delivery, only as needed for those purposes. Because we are located in China and use global infrastructure providers, information may be processed outside your country or region, including in China and in locations where our providers operate, subject to safeguards required by applicable law.

Retention. We normally keep inquiry records for up to 24 months after the last meaningful contact. If an inquiry becomes an order, contract, dispute or legally required business record, relevant information may be kept for the applicable contract, accounting, tax or legal period. Information is then deleted or anonymized when it is no longer needed.

Security. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to restrict unauthorized access, loss, misuse or alteration. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices and rights. Depending on the law that applies to you, you may ask to access, correct, delete or restrict use of your personal information, object to certain processing, withdraw consent, or receive a portable copy. You may also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority. To make a request, email remotedrive@163.com. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where the law permits or requires it.

Automated decisions. We do not use inquiry information to make solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

Updates. We may update this policy when our services or legal obligations change. Material changes will be identified on this page by a revised effective date.

Inquiry forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to prevent spam. Cloudflare processes technical verification data. Submitted inquiry details are processed through Alibaba Cloud Function Compute and Direct Mail to deliver your message to our team.
